Montelukast blocks the action of certain natural substances called leukotrienes, which is responsible for allergies. It reduces swelling, relaxes airways and makes breathing easier.
Levocetirizine blocks the action of histamine, a natural substance, which is produced by the body during allergic reactions and hence helps in relieving allergic symptoms.
